1st for women is discriminating woman and not what it claims to be for women, frustrated women on a women's month

I've been with 1st for women since 2017 when i bought my 1st car. It was on a woman month and its saddening me to review the insurance company for the 1st time on a woman month. I was involved in an accident in March 2021, i contacted my insurance which is the 1st for women and the claiming process was smooth(digital via their app). Within a 2weeks after the accident had occured i was contacted by their agent to inform me that the claim was admitted and i should take my car to Renew-It greenstone as THEIR affiliated panelbeater. Took my car to Renew-it greenstone as directed and my car was fixed. Few months after repairs were done i started noticing my left headlight fogging especially when i drive the car, called insurance to inform them that the left headlight is giving me problems and it was the same side that was repaired by the panelbeater of their choice. The agent said i should take my car back to the panelbeater because i have a lifetime warranty on all the parts they repaired. Little did i know that was the beginning of my troubles. Initially the panelbeater said they dont have the headlight in stock and will have to order the part, which took almost 2months. Then they called to say they have part now i can bring the car, took the car and when they fitted the light ut was not functioning and then said they will send the car to mercedes benz for assessment, then after taking the car to mercedes benz which now assessed to say the problem was a modular then they said they dont have that moduler part, i told the panel beater that since they dont have the part and they take time for their order to arrive i will take my car back and bring it back once they have parts ready. On arrival to fetch/collect the car one of the panelbeater employee informed me that the Right headlight is not working anymore which came as a surprise to me because it never gave me any problems and it was never affected during the accident, i informed the employee that i will have to put that in writting and asked for their email address so that they can acknowledge that i have brought my car with only my left headlight affect not the right side and that the problem started while the car was with them, she gave me the email address and took accountability of the damage, upon arrival at home wrote an email address same day and send to the panelbeater to acknowledge the damage i never received a response till today. Now when i contact the insurance to inform them of the incident they are not being helpful, they only talking to the panelbeater which now falsely accuse me of causing the damage to the right headlight because since they fiddled with the light its accumulating sand of which they know that they fiddled with the lamp because it never gave me problems since i bought the car. I always follow up on the matter with 1st for women and everytime they promise me that they will call me back or the responsible person will contact me. Its been 6months now, with daunting phone calls from me to insurance and no one is assisting me. If i dont call them they never call me to update me on the matter. The agents always quote the panelbeater side of story that there is sand accumulation in the light of which i dont understand how is that now my fault that they fiddled with it and damaged my car. I can't drive at night due to poor lighting and my work requires me to work nightshift. Traffic officers always stop me at night tocgive me fines due to my headlights being disfunctional. I can't be paying an insurance premiums without failure, never skipped a monthly premium and even insure my other car with them and still be treated so unfairly. Is it because I'm a young black female or it is just the way 1st for women treats its clients. They dont value their clients and if that is the case i will move my hard earned money to a better company that actually takes its clients seriously.
