1st for Women is AWFUL!

I have had the worst experience with FFW on behalf of my mother. On the 13th of April I logged a claim. I only got a response via email on the 23rd of April after calling several times to ask for the status on the claim. Sifiso Mjiqiza is the absolute worst consultant. On the 31st of May 2024 I called and this claim was referred to another manager and remained unresolved. At this point I have spoken to about 7 managers. I have no responses to emails, calls, my calls get dropped!

Recently I logged into the App to see if the claim was resolved and it was marked 'resolved" but no correspondence or communication that indicate the outcome of the claim. Definitely the worst Insurance company!
