1st for women is a joke

This is really absurd, maybe I should open my insurance company because 1st for women is a joke.

Yesterday the 13th of April 2022, my bonnet opened and smashed my windshield while I was driving. As I`m insured I called my insurance and notified them about the issue. At the time pieces of glass were inside the car and on me, my wife and my one year old daughters. In such incidents glass can get into your eyes, I asked 1st for women to call an ambulance for us for safety precautions and they told me that I have to call the ambulance myself.

They towed my car, the ambulance I called arrived and checked myself and my family luckily we were all good. The road assistance drove us back home.

We asked about the courtesy car of which we need to go to work tomorrow which is today and they ignored us. We requested more than 5 call backs and even now we haven`t received a call. We received an email a few minutes ago stating that we didn`t pay that our claim won`t be looked at, which is incorrect because I have a proof of payment.

1st for women doesn`t value their customers and I wouldn`t recommend it to anymore. Insurance companies have been calling me about their policies and I have been saying "I`m happy with my insurance" I regret saying that.

I`m paying for a courtesy car which I don`t have. When we call customer service they pretend not to hear us. The company is a joke. First for women because to the circus.
