1st For Women service insurance is a *****. At first, I called to follow up and confirm if I can book my vehicle for service and they said yes but it has to an approved car dealership to service your vehicle, so I did. My vehicle was at the dealership for 6 days. communication with the insurance service department is poor and to get hold of them as will. I was informed that the insurance service department will contact the dealership for follow up on their labour fees because they are not certain. On the 6th day, I receive an email from the service dealership to find out if the insurance has spoken to me as they have not received communication from them. So, I then follow-up with 1st for women and then I was informed my service claim was rejected because of labour fees. Why in the 1st place did they service i should take it to any approved service dealership, knowing they have a problem with labour fees?
