1st for women insurance/tyre and rim - horrible service!!

I don’t know if it’s bad or awful customer service from 1st for women rim and tyre insurance these guys are really terrible and don’t care as long as they debit you every month I’m convinced it’s a money making scheme

I’ve been a client for 12years and never even missed a payment to a point where I even forgot I had this useless rim and tyre cover and the price keeps increasing, I only noticed this last I had it, I cancelled my car insurance from bad service from you guys in 2020 on my very first claim since 2014 your service is really pathetic!

I claimed for 3 tyres which got damaged when I hit a pothole on Friday evening on my way back home tried to swerve but I was unlucky my left front tyre burst and back wheels has bubble on the sides, what’s worse is our roads are bad and our government is doing nothing about it and you get your insurance they tell you about threads do you guys ever put yourselves in you clients shoes or you’re just happy to take money every month?!

After all these years I’ve been changing my tyres with my own money forgetting i had such a useless cover and “unfortunately” will not help at this point because my bank balance has never said “unfortunately you’re unable to debit due to no funds” i have drive to work every day for an hour with a spare tyre and two rear tyres that has bubbles on these terrible roads and unfortunately you will only pay access of 1k are you guys serious!? what am I paying the insurance for then after all these years?!

Your service is absolutely horrible with no doubt I would never recommend anyone to 1st for women insurance you guys just don’t care as long as you’re making money right?!
