1st for women insurance sucks!!!

The worst treatment with the insurance, made a claim on the 27th of May 2022, and have been given the run around. Tshwarelo who's been assigned to my claim calls me after hours and says he can't get hold of me. I've been sending and replying to his emails, he does not respond. My car is yet to be fixed, and these people are plain ignoring me. On the App it says the claim is finalized and I'm sitting here with a damaged car, and no idea how is it finalized.
