1st for Women Insurance is a headache, do not go there!

Why am I given the run around when I claim for the 1st time with this insurance? I since logged a claim on the 17th June and to date no concrete feedback is coming. They cannot even call me for feedback. I constantly have to call them, and even now for over a month they are validating when I am up to date with payments! Then they look for trip sheets, then into my credit record and why because the car had an accident nit ******. Can they just pay and stop causing me stress and I convenience...
