1st for Women Insurance is a ****

My car was attacked by hail and storm in last year2022 and January they sent me to panelbeter for my haval jolion to be fixed at Gordons truck and executive panelbeter ladysmith.ok firstly I ask them If I can't choose the panelbeter that i am comfortable with they said no reason before they did fixed my bumper they fail to match paint so how come they are sending me to same place after was not happy and paid access of10k.aii they said guys from joburg will be using that place not really same people.ok when I went to fatch my car according to date panelbeter gave me it was not ready he said at the insurance said it difficult to get bonet it take weeks course they order in overseas already was ****ed of why they didn't phone me inform me, he apologize dn showed me email from suppliers that they do hv will deliver soon already it been mnths nothing it Apríl and am really not happy I hv complain in their complaints department they don't care is it because am a black person and a female I wonder I don't and will never recommend any one to use first for woman.i suffered a lot to think I use my car for private use and have disable son who I can't use any transport because of his condition.i needy car back
