1st for women insurance

Absolutely impressed by the service I received Sunday evening. I had a breakdown on the M1 highway just before Sandton at 7pm, and I was all alone, stressed and panicked that it was dark and I was stuck on the side of the road. I requested roadside assistance. And I received a call from a very friendly and reassuring voice from 1st for women. I unfortunately can’t remember the lady’s name but she was calm and tried to calm me down and was reassuring me that everything will be okay and asked if I was okay, walked me through the safety steps, to stay in the car and lock the car. She asked me if I was alone. And stayed on the line till the tow truck came. The towing company as well was excellent, quick and professional and friendly. Tow truck got to me extremely quickly and was reassuring as well. Thank you to 1st for women and Lunga from the towing company. Absolutely impressed and happy. Keep up the excellent work!
