1st For Women Insurance
19th November I sent in a complaint about 1st for women Insurance. Been with as new client since August 2022. Just before my review, the heavy storms started & i wanted an assessor to come & see why i was hearing a dripping sound in bedroom ceiling. I sent emails when no service & get NO REPLY notices, you will be called within 24hrs. I was concerned as they responded on 19/11/2022 to apologise & my query was to be escalated!!! Nobody came back to me.The dripping was getting worse after recent storms, managed to get a "Call Back" 14th December lady put me through to CLAIMS, when I wasn't as yet claiming. Because of predicted storms I asked 14/12/2022 for an Assessor to come & look, to see if it is a concern or not. I told her about the service & the 1st review I sent on them, she proceeded to tell me that it's 48hr turnaround & that my excess is R2200 !!!. when nobody has been to assess if damaged. Now we into long weekend, no hear from anybody & what if my concern was going to turn into a flood? They didn't see it as a priority, & if I got flooded with rains predicted on Friday 16th Dec....Do I just swim for my life. I have never been so disappointed in a service (non) before. I hope they see this 2nd review because I'm NOT IMPRESSED at all as a 1st time client. Their App is not user friendly, (I'm 84 & considered smart) Why am I paying a Premium for NO SERVICE OR URGENCY?
