1st For Women Insurance

Referring to our claim that we had with 1st For Women, claim number ***. When we signed up with 1st For Women, everything looked so good on paper & make no mistake, with small claims they are good. But, when it came to a Fender bender that we had a few weeks ago everything changed. The Assessor that 1st For Women appointed to do the digital Assessment contacted me for photos to see the damage, we gave him all the info on the car, but still he used the wrong colour & when i made contact with him in this the regard i was told he then told me that colour is not important as the pricing is the same. We must also not forget that after we send the photos we were never contacted by the assessor again, we had to make contact with him again after we received documentation that the claim was within excess & the matter was dealt with, according to 1st For Women. I also for some reason received the mail between the assessor & the Repair shop that 1st For Women have a SLA with, that on its own was very unprofessional to say the least. In this ongoing saga, we as the client was never treated fairly (TCF) & we were not put back in the same position as before the incident happened. It has become normal practice for most Insurance companies to reject claims & to not put the client in the same position as they were before a incident. It has rather become normal practice to see how much money they can make without having settle any claims. These big Insurance companies like 1st For Women have forgotten the one big thing here, they need us (the clients) more then anything, because without any clients they wont have any business. It is time that we as consumers/clients/customers start taking a stand for the injustice that has become normal practice. The service we received from 1st For Women was bad in every sense.
