I wouldn't even give them 1 star right now but this system won't allow me to write a review otherwise. I have been trying for 3 days with emails, online call back requests and phone calls to ask for retrenchment benefit or to cancel the policy. I cannot afford the insurance due to retrenchment, and no matter how much I communicate this, NO ONE is getting back to me!
