1st for women, I'm disappointed

I cancelled my policy on the last week of March, the lady who assisted me said I will get my refund after 7 days, it's way past 7 days I haven't got the refund. I called yesterday morning to ask about it ,the lady told she will enquirer about it to her Manager and get back to me about it. But I didn't get any response until the end of the day, at least a response to my enquiry was going to give me an indicator that my matter was attend to
