1st for women , Huson panelbeaters and Glassfit's mess

My car was involved in an accident and my car was damaged , the repairer was Huson panelbeaters, car was repaired in 3 months and few days, i finally got the car back and i realized that the Sunroof sun cover doesnt close and also the front charging ports are not working, i called them and Angelique told me that it is not their fault because when they did the diagnosis everything was in order, i then took my car to VW Centurion where i was told that : After windscreen was fited the sunblind switches plug swapped with anti theft alert sensor. that trim for switches, interior lights and sunroof Controle needed to be removed. When installed the plugs for switches and sensors were swapped around , i called Huson and they said they did not do the Windscreen, it was done by Glass fit , i then notified them that i need it to be fixed urgently since its too hot , they said they will speak to Glass fit, they never came back to me untill i called them back and still with no solution, the manager at Huson told me to sort this out with my insurance since they are the ones who contracted Glass fit, i then called 1st for woman on the 27 November and was kept on the line for a good 23 minutes , after that call i was told that an assessor will call me back with regards to my enquiry since i settled VW to have the car fixed , no body has called me, i have not received any text or any sort of confirmation that this was logged. i paid my money for an error that was done by one of their contractors!!!!
