1st for women HORRIBLE SERVICE 😢

After 5 years with 1st for women and not claiming for all those years and I only claimed now coz I was involved in an Accident.. what a horrible experience I'm experiencing from them .. they 1st didn't arrange for MY car to be picked up to the pernalbeaters I had to drive my car there myself.. unsafe as it was coz I just wanted my car to be fixed.. and they told the pernalbeater people the wrong access that I had to pay and they told them that they must only fix the external of the car not the rest of the damaged car... on top of that the consultant they do not do follow ups on their app or replay to ur text .. I'm so annoyed by this people .. my car has a small damaged but it's almost two month nothing is happening .. I just wanna be done with this people .. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I GOT
