1st for women horrible service

I put in a claim in December, for two months I sleep with an open door because window fell off. I have been communicating on their app, calling and sending emails but Goodness Mathebula is not bothered about my safety. Every time I call I am told she is unavailable. She responds through the person that answered the phone, promises to call me back but doesn't do it. I have provided pictures and quotation as per Goodness"s request. Last week Wednesday she confirmed receipt of quotation but hasn't responded as promised
