1st for Women great until you claim
Have been a client for many years, but have never claimed. Recommended FFW to my son for a business policy. Just over 2 weeks ago he damaged his car in a pothole. Two tyres need replacing and 2 rims repairing. The car was taken to Renew It, Sandton. The assessor has been messing around wanting to send the car to Modderfontein and has cancelled and reissued the authorisation. Result - after many calls to FFW and Renew It, the car is being disassembled only today. Who know how long that will take. FFW is great until you have a claim. No more will I recommend them
