1st for women **********
Consultant from 1st for women demands that I send warranty from bmw to them so that they can cover my windscreen.a second consultant now demands warranty from bmw before they can replace my windscreen with original bmw windscreen otherwise they will not cover my cracked windscreen. The same warranty was not part of the T and C All the promises are false just an excuse not to pay anything!!! Absolutely disgusting and *********
