1st for women ****

I was retrenched, in Feb I called first for women regarding hold on payments. The agent told me that I don't qualify for the retrenchment benefit because the cash back was removed. I explained that the consultant told me I could remove it to make premiums cheaper. But did not explain that I was not covered if it was removed. The lady proceeded to tell me that's they can't explain everything and I said that is quite important not to mention. When I asked for the recordings to be sent to me as the agent did not inform me they said it would be sent in 4 days however it was not sent it 3 months later. Been for first for women years and have not missed a payment,I want the recordings as to verify that the agent explained it to me. They also offered to give me cheaper insurance but have not yet gotten back to me and continues to deduct from my bank account which I do not have funds available. Causing me to receive additional fees. Very disappointed in their service
