1st for Women failing to Recover of excess from 3rd party and No contact made to advise me.

<p>I submitted a claim in March this year.</p> <p>The claim was processed and I was promised that first for women will assist me to get my excess back from the third party.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been phoning the claims department and keep on repeating myself to every agent that picks up the phone.</p> <p>I found that nobody has actually attended to my queries nor updated your system which I find very frustrating to keep on explaining myself over and over again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have given all the information of the third party and their broker’s details but nobody has contacted the broker to find out if there was claim logged on their side.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am quite not happy with how this is being handled.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have since requested for the confirmatory letter that first for women will not sue for the excess and also the cost for repairing the vehicle so I can proceed on my own since they can't help. I have been waiting for response since the 24th of June and nobody has contacted me.</p>
