1st for women failed us.

On the 2nd of July 2023, i was driving my moms car of which Im the secondary driver and im also under her car insurance. On that day driving on the N2, a huge brick hit the windscreen and it was shattered. I contacted 1st for women and report the incident, they adviced me to download their app and report on the app, so I did, hoping I will be assisted. Since today, being the 9th of July 2023 I have not received any constructive feedback instead Im the one whose been calling them and begging for feedback and till today I have been driving around with a shattered windscreen, in the rain and its very dangerous. They have not called me or my mother instead I have been calling them every day. The last response I got WHEN I CALLED THEM FOR THE 5TH TIME... They told my mom that they haven't completed the claim because the vehicle was not inspected when she joined first for women, of which she was never adviced about yet with no mistake they deduct over R900 a month, how do you take the money without a complete insurance application??? And when we want to claim you tell us that there's information missing, and we joined in February 2023. First for women failed us when we needed them the most and received the ****tiest service at our time of need.
