1st for women
I the service from 1st for women is utterly concerning. I put through a claim for a chipped windscreen in December 2021 an excess of R1200 was paid as requested however my claim was only completed in April 2022. 4 months just to replace a windscreen but the cherry on the top is that they want to increase my premiums by R400 absolutely disgusting considering the service I received and let me not start about their call centre agents they are behind useless. They promised to call back but never did which resulted jn me calling many times to explain the same situation. I can't understand how you think it's fair and just to jncrease my premiums when you can not deliver the service paid for and neither as any of conditions have changed when I signed up for the insurance so what warrants an increase in the premium. Thanks but I will definitely be canceling my service.
