My experience with Faizal was great. He was professional and helpful.

I was then put through to another dept as I wished to query my policy and details. The woman was obstructive and interrupted me. When I told her to stop her attitude was appalling. Her tone of voice and approach was totally unprofessional.

I canceled the policy. The email I received said I canceled my policy due to a cheaper option elsewhere and would not discuss. Absolute *******.

Highly unprofessional behaviour and zero service excellence.
