1st for women

Hi I am not happy with unfair treatment my mother as a pensioner got from 1st for women insurance company. First i found out she is paying R1500 premium monthly and she is not working. I asked how did they sell her such product they did not want to explain to me. Her tyres got damaged from potholes and insurance company said the repairs are lower than access amount. They said her access is R7500 of which differs with policy access of R5400. I dont inderstand what changed on the fees. And how can they sell an old lady such product without explanation.
