First for women DOESN'T deserve the name!

The delay by them to contact you after logging the claim via the stupid app. The non sympathetic staff that works for them. The looooooooooooong wait before they pick up your calls each time you call, youd swear its a not a private company The rude assessors that are used by them to assess the vehicle damage....The guy even dropped the call while I was still speaking and I reported this to FFW who did Nothing to adress this but the women I spoke to only gave me ATTITUDE. I regret deeeply waisting my premiums paid them for about 20 years as a loyal customer only to receive this. Im leaving this insurance and I dont expect them to patronise me with a silly response. I lodged my Claim and they made certain that their assessor finds damages that are short of excess so that they cannot help me repair my car. Their advertising is FALSE, they are first for money and BAD service and not WOMEN.
