1st for women does not pay Third party.

I have an car insurance with comprehensive - bettercar value, which also covers for third party with 1st for women, they have been treating me fine until now, I had an accident on 28 April 2025,

The official that was assigned to work with my claim did not treat me well on the third party, she was sending wrong investigation report for third party. she requested the supporting documents and still not come back to use to inform us the way forward, since then there is nothing that she said to us when we call she does not answer the phones. the third party person end up requesting to me to pay her back because my insurance is not full filing their promises.
