Nightmare of note. Once the policy is activated you just cannot get a call back. Support line no answer, Direct email to sales and no response. Ask for the voice recordings, you get ignored. Pathetic bunch

Due to an update on the policy and change in premium, there are two Debi Checks on the bank, due to be debited between 26th and 28th of the month.
You - 1st for Women need to confirm that the first Mandate HAS BEEN CANCELLED ON YOUR SIDE

Only the 2nd mandate is the approved mandate -
DO NOT DARE DEDUCT BOTH AMOUNTS
