1st for women deducting instalment after canceling it
I've asked 1st for women numerous times to cancel my vehicle insurance as I can no longer afford it. Its been 4 months and they keep deducting, as a result my account is on a minus now because of this. Even if my financial situation changes, I will not do business with a company that doesn't assist in requests like this! I've had enough, honestly!! Outsurance has never disappointed me like this.

I've sent an email in the beginning as well requesting to cancel the insurance and to say the least being disappointed is an understatement.
I need this to be sorted asap and my funds to be corrected with my bank as I'm unable to reverse the transaction.
I need a confirmation email sent once this has been sorted. I can't be wasting time speaking to consultants who do not make sure requests are fulfilled!
