1st for Women customer service

I have had a very bad experience with the 1st for Women's customer service. I have an impression that they are not capable to provide a fair service at all and also use different tricks to cheat on their clients.

First my premium was increased without any notifications and it took too long and not without the help of hellopeter.com before I got it right. Eventually I spoke to the consultant who offered a decent premium and confirmed my existing excess which I was satisfied with. Then it took for a while before I managed to receive my amended policy, from which I found that the excess was not the same that was confirmed to me by the consultant. I requested to amend it as per my conversation with the consultant and received a response that the excess which I requested was not available. I rep**** with the reference to my conversation with the consultant again and requested to amend. During a month I had been receiving strange responses like "your e-mail reached us out of our working hours" or "as we noticed you have been assisted". It looked like their purpose was to not assist me with my request.

Today I received a new response, in which they said that the excess, confirmed to me by the consultant was not available and they were investigating why the consultant confirmed it to me.

It looks like the consultants at 1st for Women can say whatever they want and nobody has the responsibility for their words. And I do not really understand why the excess, which was confirmed to me on the day I joined 1st for Women in April 2014, is no longer available. How could they change it without any discussion with me?

All I can say is that 1st for Women is an example of unfair business practice.
