1st For Women Claims Department incompetence!

Having to submit a claim at 1st for Women is an absolute nightmare!! They are obviously not concerned about their clients well being. I'm with this Insurance ever since I've bought my car in 2014 and I, and I have been with them all these years without claiming from them, even for a minor dent or scratch. Today my husband was involved in an accident, the car was towed away and obviously we are left stranded. I've submitted a claim on the app and called to confirm if all is in order. I actually called before they close 16h40 and held on until I was told they will close shortly and that I should call back tomorrow. I mean you are in distress and traumatized and then you still need to deal with rude and impatient consultants.

I'm so disappointed in 1st For Women!! They don't put Women first, maybe debit orders yes!!
