1st for Women can't send a simple document

I have an active vehicle policy with 1st for Women.

Wesbank contacted me and asked for an updated Insurance Policy Confirmation letter.

I had a certain time limit to get this to them, or they were going to add a debt protection policy to my vehicle instalment which will now cost me another R500 a month.

I have called 1st for Women multiple times, requested the letter on their app, and sent multiple emails. They keep telling me they will get this letter through to me on email and nothing is coming through.

This is just so disappointing, and I feel that they should be liable to re-imburse me for this new uninvited amount that we are now liable to pay!

I dread the day I actually get into an accident, if it's this hard to get a simple letter.

Thank you for this, it has since now been sorted.

Its a pity that one has to come and lay a complaint here for a small matter as this to be resolved, but I have what I needed.
