1st for Women - be wary of this company
After being contacted by a manager who apologised for their poor response to a claim and promised that it had been escalated and I would be contacted on Monday with an update, again, I have not heard a word from them. I guess he didn't confirm which Monday he was talking about. Be VERY wary of insuring with this company. I have paid them religiously for years and never claim as a rule. Now that I have a legitimate claim, I am getting the runaround of a lifetime. Not what they promised, not what I expected.
