1st for Women BAD with refunding premium

First for Women Insurance is deducting premium in a "flash", but refunding in a "Fortnight". Documents for refund from my side sent 4 July 2025 in order to get refund on premium for cancelled insurance, which was promised to be sent to the claims department as high priority payout, but up to now, 16 July 2025 @ 11:20, still no refund. This is very bad service, as I am requesting feedback from agent who assisted me, to get feedback from his claims department, to give feedback to me, but no response from him. Only responding after 2 or more emails.
