1st For Women Bad service

The worst service I have ever received. Truly shoddy service. Speak to several people, no one gets back to you, you get sent to so many different people for a simple query and no phone numbers to speak to the person that's handling your request directly. I was told I would have an answer within 48 hours and I'm still waiting. It's the end of the week. Way too long for an urgent complaint.
