1st for women bad experience

Good day

My name is Lindiwe Dhlamini. On the 7th of march 2026 at about 19-50 in the evening, I was involved in an accident with a Suzuki Swift which was the car that hit me. I made a 3rd party claim with their insurance 1st for women bacause they do not want to admit that they are the ones who cause an accidents by trying to overtake multiple cars on a single lane road. They are now claiming that we were on the same lane and I was was overtaking while they were also overtaking, which is untrue. I told the insurance what they needed to make their assessment and they came back to me and told that I need a witness or a fotage of what happened. I went out of my way to finally get a person who called an ambulance on that day to be a witness and she agreed. I then gave them the information of the person whi was willing to witness and I gave them more than 2 weeks to call them, and when I called to check if they managed to get hold of the witness they then said, they are not able to get hold of the witness their number rings and once and goes to voicemail. I then sent a massage to the witness and explained that they are not able to get hold of her and I requested that she call them for me and then tell what she saw. I have been communicating with them in massages as I was advise not to call so that it does not jepadaise my case. I guess they called the insurance or they managed to get hold of them finally am not sure, but until I called them again to find out how is the claim going, they then told me that they spoke to the witness and they are giving different statement than what I say and they now want a footage of which I told them that the area does not have cameras I went to check if i can get a footgae. Firstly i requested the assessment report as they said I was negligent and they said they cannot give me that information and when I ask what did the witness say, they say they are not allowed to tell me what they said I should call the witness and find out from them. I would like to have the assessment report and the recording of what the witness said they they called.
