1ST FOR WOMEN ASK TWICE EXCESSES ON ONE CLAIM

On 2018/12/30 our vehicle was in Minor car crash ,we report a claim with them . After phone call on phone call to there call center I demand to speak to a team leader .On the 15/01/2019 we received a phone call with lots of excuses . Then the said to us we have to Pay twice and excess amount (1.) R 4 600-00 for the regular driver that was not driving and also (2) R 3 600-00 for the driver that was our son with a legal driver license .How can you ask to pay twice a excess amount . The service was BAD BAD FOR THEM
