1st for women are ******...don't be deceived by their promotional ads. Come claim stage, they run away.

I'm writing a second review now for the above insurer. I registered a claim with them and I was promised that a technician would come test my fridge...they ultimately came, the guy was Luyolo. He took pictures of the fridge and went. After a couple of days I called first for women on the progress of my claim only to be told that they got a report from RSI that my fridge was faulty because of power failure and that they do not cover. That came as a shock to me because there was no RSI technician who came to my place but Georges Electronics and the only thing they did was take pictures. I requested to speak to the manager Marcelino Snow and I will be told he's busy on a call on more than 3 times. I decided to send him an email and he never bothered responding. I made a follow up still he was silent until now. This is happening for the second time now. Everytime when I register a claim they'd send their ***** technicians who just take pictures and that's all.

I need assistance. Yes, I was told to make the Ombudsman aware of my case. And I want that to be my last resort. As I am writing this review, I am without a fridge.

This is disheartening, disappointing and ruthless. They don't miss a premium but when you claim you will be thrown from pillar to post. I need an intervention. In my last review I saw they responded by saying a consultant will be in touch but nobody did. They're all just ******!
