1st for women and Proline auto body bad service

I laid a claim in March 2024 for fixing my car that was highjacked and recovered. They referred the vehicle to Proline for the work and promised that the car should be ready for collection in plus minus 21 working days. Proline released the vehicle at least 15 days later to the date agreed. The sad part is when I checked the car before I can take it, I realiser that 5 parts are missing. I notified Proline of which the apologies and promised to get the parts in another 21 days. Today is 6 months later and I still did not receive the parts. Numerous emails were sent to 1st for women notifying the of the treatment given by Proline but 1st for women didn't care but happy that the insurance mo is rolling in.
