1st For Women

I have already written a lengthy complaint on HELLO PETER Whatsapp. It's the 3rd complaint about the incompetence, delays, not coming back to me with a water dripping on ceiling since 19/11/2022. They didn't give the Roof Assessor correct info that my building was a double story so he had the wrong ladder!! 3rd January he came & did his report. I ask 1st for Women for a "Call Back" as it's raining daily, but no response. I've sent pictures of hail & rain & asked why such delays, over the time JHB was stated a Disaster Zone for flooding. There's no human interaction, I get She's & today says wait for 9th January 2023. That is unacceptable all round non service from 1st for Women, quick to take my Premiums. I wouldn'trecommend them to any decent human. !!
