1st for women

I called today to cancel my insurance, but they are taking me from pillar to post. 3 days ago I called that they review my insurance, the lady spoke with was less interested. Even when I told her I'm shopping for another insurance she did not care. Now that I found another insurance, budget insurance, first for women don't want to cancel my insurance. I called and they told me they will call me back ib the next 30 min. After 3 hrs I called and the lady put me on hold for more than 30 min to talk to supervisor and my airtime finished. I don't want double insurance to debit me on the 15th but 1st for women is making it hell for me during this tough times where we can't afford anything
