1st for woman with their rejections

Good day Family, I posted few weeks ago . till today since the rejected claim that happened on the december, i havent received my car back and now were my car is towed, it written "no keys". when i call in 1st for woman they keep on postponing with no help. i am crying with a close to 200 000 credit yet i was paying insurance month to month. this insurance is really a frustration.
