1st for Woman Value Added Products Worst Service

I requested a cancellation on 05/02/2021 since the company declined my claim for my scratch and dent cover, their reason being that the cheapest quote they could get for the scratch is higher than the amount I am insured for.

I was then cc'd on an email (dated 08/02/2021) from Livhuwani Mukhuba to *** , *** , *** , *** , for them to call me and confirm the cancellation as per my request.

No one called me ever since. I sent another email today to all the above emails and still no feedback.

I was informed by your broker that I can cancel the membership at any given time, should I not be happy with the service, which is the case but to my surprise it takes 5 years to even get an email back confirming my cancellation.

Please note that I will be reversing the debit order that I know for a fact you did not rectify for the 15th as you are unable to do something as simple as cancelling an unhappy clients membership.
