1st for Woman - terrible service

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never come across a business that has as little grasp for customer server as they do. Terrible experience from start to finish. I asked them to review my service history when taking out a vehicle warranty, but received no response—yet they were more than happy to take my money. When I finally submitted a claim, it was rejected because, according to them, the service history wasn’t in line with the manufacturer guidelines. . Complete lack of communication and support. I would not trust this company that appears to employ dishonest people. PLEASE look elsewhere for an aftermarket warranty. They should not be selling warrantee's.
