1ST FOR WOMAN TAKES MY DAUGHTER'S 21ST MONEY DESPITE NO AUTHORISATION

I am livid at First For Women. I have an agreed debit date with them and today I got paid money towards my daughter's 21st arrangements and they debited my money despite it NOT BEING THE AGREED DEBIT DATE. Therefore YOU DON'T HAVE THE CONTRACTUAL RIGHT TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT!!!!! Also why has your premium gone up so much. @Discovery Insure. Please quote me. These people are taking me for a ride.
