1sf for woman are *****ing from vulnerable single woman who have no knowledge of the manner in which car claims should dealt with correctly. They are ****** and do not have females interest at heart. My car was in a accident 2 weeks ago. I am still waiting for my car to go to the panel beater. I had to fight for my legal right to proceed with a case as I was driven into, the accident was not my fault. 1st for woman are lying to females. My mother is widow. She is a pensioner and she too has a policy whem. I can't imagine the amount of times that they have *****ed her as me nor her have the knowledge of the correct manner of dealing with claims. Their service is pathetic as I have to call and email to find out what is going on and when will my car be allowed to go to the workshop. I do not recommend 1st for woman. Please try a different insurance company and if you have a policy there now. Cancel and go somewhere. They are ****** and are taking advantage of vulnerable females who know no better. I've been paying them for years and I only had 3 claims. This service is pathetic. They do not have the needs of woman 1st as they say.
