1st For Woman - Sent a formal complaint, no response. But as soon as they want you as a client THEY CAN CALL YOU WHOLE DAMN DAY

I have been a loyal member of 1st for Women since 2021 on my car due to the excellent service I had with my prior policy which was taken in 2014. So this shows I have quite a long history with you. However, now that I need to make actual use of the services 1st for Woman say they offer, not only am I not being assist - I am being blatantly ignored.

For 1 - My premium is horribly excessive and went up due to me changing jobs and parking somewhere else. Originally I was working in a mall and my car stood in the mall parking, so tell me how my premium went up when I changed my work address and I am now parking in a much more secure location that is access controlled as well as literal security? This makes absolutely no sense.

Secondly. I was informed I would be able to get legal assistance and representation. I called to get this assistance and was put through to the law firm who would assist - not only were they "not able to pick up my policy number" so could not assist but told me they would call back and NEVER did so. I have tried numerous occasions to get this assistance and to no avail. I have a CCMA case on the 7th of February and needed legal representation as mandated by the commissioner which is a week away and I asked in 2023 already for assistance and no response. NOW HAD TO PAY OUT OF MY OWN POCKET BECAUSE YOU DID NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE YOU ADVERTISED.

I am terribly disappointed in the terrible service I have received considering not only have I been speaking so highly of my insurance but have been referring everyone to 1st for Woman just to be let down like this. I am seriously considering cancelling my policy because this is just completely unacceptable. How am I supposed to trust my insurance if they do not provide the services they claim to provide.

I am bringing this to your attention as I am seriously considering switching insurance and feel that as a loyal customer since 2014 I would do the courtesy of notifying you guys instead of running to social media.

Aaaand the story just gets better! Repairs delayed due to the auto repairs not ordering the door in advance after I booked the car 2 weeks prior! Now guess who has an additional week of uber expenses ontop of everything else... I'm so over this insurance.
