Poor poor Service from 1st for Women. They wrote off my car without notifying me and then they moved it from the panel shop in Pietermaritzburg to Pinetown for auction without my concern. They lady called Monica she didn’t explain anything well enough, she never had time to call and explain briefly all she did was to rush me to send a log book for the vehicle so that they can sell it fast without letting me know that the car is being sold.

I had to get in debts and hire a breakdown to Pinetown to fetch my vehicle because the lady I was talking to “Monica” said to me they can’t deliver the car back to me because they don’t work like that. I’m so disappointed by this Insurance and I wouldn’t advise anyone to join anymore. This is how they rob other people with their vehicles.
