1st for woman-pathetic
I dont think deserve a ranking.I filled in a claim 2 weeks ago.They refused to pay for certain thing even though its website stated that comprehensive home content covers it.The insurance advise Mr Emmanuel stated he escalated it but its been 5 day since the advisor told me escalated it.I have followed up everyday with the insurance advisor with no reply from him.Pathetic service . The worse insurance company i have ever dealt with.Dont feel being a client,thats how gatvol i am because of there pathetic service
