1st for woman not putting the client first. Poor Service delivery

My son was involved in a motor vehicle accident with my car. When taking out the insurance i clearly indicated that I’m the primary driver and that my son uses my car. During the telephone call to sign up with 1st for woman i told the lady I can’t say who drives the car more , my son or i. So she indicated that she needs a primary driver and i said i do. He is s college student so he uses the vehicle to go to college and to his baby. He does not go out partying or visiting night clubs. This was not an issue at my previous insurance who i left only because the new proposed increase was to steep and vehicles depreciate daily. So the consultant dealing with my claim calls me and tells me she needs my tracker report for the period that i was registered with them up until the date of the accident. I got them the report thinking it was to determine whether there was fault on the part of my son. Eventually it turned out that the report was used to determine who was driving the car, where the car was parking/sleeping. She made that one of the reasons why she was saying I don’t have a valid claim after they informed me that my vehicle, is like they put it uneconomical to repair. She also accused me of not being truthful when i took out the insurance by saying I’m the primary driver after she spoke to my son and his girlfriend who told her that my son is driving the car. Yes he has been driving it since he sold his car but I’m the lawful owner and i drive the car whenever i want to. My husband and daughter also drives the car. He mainly uses that car when he goes to his girlfriend who he has a baby with , so yes she will say he drives the car. I don’t think she had the right to decide my claim is invalid as the vehicle was in an accident and there was no negligence on the part of my son. She also went on to say that if i had said he was the regular drive the policy would have cost me R600 more. She looked for all excuses not to approve my claim and making herself the judge and the jury in my matter. I thought insurance was there to put you back into the position you were before an accident or damage to your property. They did not live up to putting the client first. I assume she gets a fat bonus for all claims she denies case she is saving her company money but what about the consumer.
