1st For Woman - NO LEGAL ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE.
The experience I just had has left me wondering, why Legal advice is offered with this policy, a wonderful gesture but no one on the other side to actually offer advice. I spoke to 9 different representatives, and every time explaining and being put thru to a different person. 20 minutes later and no help. NO LEGAL ADVISER AVAILABLE. Please Don't offer services that are not available. Your other side is FANTASTIC, IVE been a Happy client until this UNPROFFECIONAL Service offered.
